We’re getting ready to open back up!

I hope you’re all having a great summer! We miss you guys and can’t wait to see everyone again!!

A few important things for you to know:

1. Our new studio location is opening in September!

The new location is at the Smokestack Center at 254 North State Street, in Unit E. It’s a really beautiful space and I can’t wait for you to see it. We’re working hard all throughout August to make sure it’s all ready to go for the new school year. Check out the pictures below!

Note: We will be sending the plans for the safety precautions we’re putting in place as we return to in-person lessons. The safety of EVERYONE is very important to us! Also, please note that anyone who wishes to remain in online lessons for now is more than welcome to do so.

2. We’re open for free trial lessons starting NOW

Even though we’re not officially open for in-person lessons quite yet, we are offering free trial lessons at the studio starting this week. If your child is interested in trying out an instrument, now is a great time to do so! Just reach out to me and we can schedule a free piano, guitar, or preschool lesson for you or your child.

3. We have a great new referral program!

Last year our referral program was for the kids — if they referred a friend, they would win a $15 prize. What we found was that it was really the parents doing the referring, so we want to make sure we’re thanking the right person! Plus, kids get prizes every day. Us grown-ups hardly ever win anything!

We’re now offering a $50 prize for every student you refer who signs up for at least a month of lessons. The $50 will be applied as a credit to your next month’s tuition at FMS. There’s no limit to how many friends you refer — if you refer 10 friends, you win $500!

We’re working to build a community full of awesome people just like you. With our new studio opening up, we would LOVE to have your friends come to take music lessons here! If you have any questions about the referral program, just let me know.

4. Fall registration begins next week

We’ve just about made it through the summer, so next week it will be time to sign up for fall lessons! We’ll email you a form to fill out where you can choose your preferred lesson times next week. So keep an eye on your inbox, as lesson times are given on a first come, first served basis and we want to make sure you get a convenient time!
